Yes! We are a mobile notary service, meaning we come to your office, hospital, or any convenient public location to notarize your documents.

6. Do you offer same-day or emergency notarization?

Yes! We offer same-day, after-hours, and emergency notary services based on availability. Additional fees may apply for rush requests.

 

7. What do I need to bring to my notary appointment?

You must bring:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, military ID, etc.)

  • The document(s) to be notarized (unsigned)

  • Any required witnesses (if applicable)

 

8. Do you provide witnesses if my document requires one?

We do not provide witnesses, but we recommend bringing a trusted person not directly involved in the document being notarized. Signers should check with their contracting company for instructions regarding the witness requirements. Your contracting company may have business rules regarding who may sign as a witness.

 

Fees & Payment Questions

9. How much do your notary services cost?

Our fees vary depending on the type of document. Additional fees may apply for after-hours or expedited services. However, we charge a flat fee of $90.00 for travel Monday through Friday and a flat fee of $125 on Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays. Contact us for a quote!

 

10. What forms of payment do you accept?

Legal & Compliance Questions

 

11. Can a notary explain or give legal advice about my document?

No, a notary public cannot provide legal advice or interpret your document. We can only verify your identity and witness your signature. If you need legal guidance, please consult an attorney or contact the contracting company that sent you the document.

12. Can you notarize documents for someone who does not speak English?

No. If the notary cannot communicate with the signer in a language they both understand, I must refer the signer to another notary who can.

 

13. Do you notarize documents for minors?

Yes, but a parent or legal guardian must be present as a witness, and the minor must be able to understand and sign the document. They must also have a valid government-issued photo ID.

 

Additional Services

14. Do you notarize documents in hospitals, nursing homes, or jails?

Yes! We offer notarization at hospitals, nursing homes, and correctional facilities for those unable to travel. Call us to make arrangements.

 

15. Can you notarize a document remotely (online notary)?

We only provide in-person mobile notary services and do not offer remote online notarization (RON).
